Return Policy

Items received within 15 days;

Items unused, not in damaged nor worn condition;

Items in original packaging.

1. We have to inspect all returned items when they arrive at our Facility. We can refund the cost of the merchandise & shipping, if the return is a result of our error or defective products.

2. If the return is not a result of our error, but you initiate a return within 15 days from arrival date, we refund the full cost of items, but exclude the charge of delivery.

3. You can expect your refund within 3 weeks after the returned arrive at our Facility. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate three weeks because of returned product inspection at our facility (5 business days), and Bank Transfer (5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.

If Implant failed within 6 weeks since the Surgery Date, we will provide a new Implant for Free without Charge.
